This is a tort claims case involving an alleged injury sustained by Martha Davidson, appellee and plaintiff below, when she attempted to enter an elevator on the grounds of the University of Texas Medical Branch ("UTMB") on July 18, 1988. UTMB appeals the judgment of the trial court awarding Martha Davidson damages arising from that injury. UTMB brings four points of error. We reverse the judgment and render judgment that Davidson take nothing.
